Speaking at a General Motors event in Milford, Michigan, Trump claimed the U.S. has crippled Iran's navy, air force, leadership, and air defense systems. He specifically pointed to a drastic reduction in Iran's drone production capacity, estimating it at only 7% of its former rate, and stated that most of its drone and missile manufacturing capabilities have been destroyed.

Trump drew a parallel between Iran's current military decline and that of Venezuela, suggesting a similar, though less visible, deterioration is occurring.
