Tunisia: Partly cloudy skies and moderate to strong winds at night

Tunisia's National Institute of Meteorology (INM) has issued its latest weather forecast, predicting partly cloudy conditions across most regions for Sunday night. The prevailing easterly winds are expected to pick up considerable speed, particularly along the coast and in the southern parts of the country.

Residents in these wind-swept areas should be prepared for locally strong gusts, which may be accompanied by swirling sand. Inland, the winds are anticipated to be lighter, ranging from weak to moderate. The sea conditions are also expected to be affected, becoming generally rough with some calmer patches locally.

Temperatures are set to remain mild overnight. In the northern and central regions, as well as the southeast, lows are predicted to be between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius. For other areas, temperatures will be slightly warmer, ranging from 21 to 25 degrees Celsius, with the far south potentially reaching as high as 28 degrees Celsius.
