Two Israeli soldiers killed, seven injured in southern Lebanon explosion

Two Israeli soldiers were killed and seven others were injured when an explosion destroyed a building in Majdal Zoun, southern Lebanon. The incident occurred on Wednesday amid ongoing Israeli military operations in the area.

Israeli media reports identified the casualties as members of the 55th Brigade. The soldiers were reportedly inside a building that had been rigged with explosives when the detonation occurred. Concerns are high for a third soldier who is in critical condition and undergoing emergency surgery.
