UIN Jakarta's SMA/SMK Triguna Opens Orientation After Dispute Resolution

SMA/SMK Triguna UIN Jakarta has officially opened its orientation period for the 2026/2027 academic year, welcoming over 500 new high school and vocational school students. The ceremony, held on the school's main field on Monday, July 13, 2026, signifies the complete resumption of academic activities following the resolution of a management dispute.

Presiding over the opening was Prof. Imam Subhi, Vice Rector II of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and Board of Trustees for the Triguna Utama Syarif Hidayatullah Education Foundation. He was accompanied by the Chairperson of the Foundation, Prof. Siti Nurul Azkiyah, who also serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Jakarta, along with members of the UIN Jakarta School Business Entity.

In his welcoming address, Prof. Subhi congratulated the new students and expressed gratitude to parents for entrusting their children's education to SMA/SMK Triguna UIN Jakarta. He emphasized that the orientation is the initial step for students to familiarize themselves with the school environment, develop their character, and prepare for future challenges. "We aim to produce graduates with national insight, global competitiveness, and readiness to contribute to the nation," Subhi stated.
