Ukraine, U.S. reportedly preparing new ceasefire proposal for Russia

Ukraine and the United States are reportedly developing a new proposal aimed at achieving a ceasefire with Russia, according to a Reuters source cited by UNIAN. Earlier attempts by Ukraine to engage Russian President Vladimir Putin on ending the hostilities were previously dismissed.

Some officials now believe that increased pressure on Russia's economy, amplified by Ukrainian drone and missile strikes, could potentially soften Putin's stance. However, the reliability and origin of these reports remain uncertain.
