Zelenskyy noted that a large portion of Russia's air defense forces are concentrated around Moscow, state residences, the Crimean Bridge, and St. Petersburg. This concentration, he explained, allows Ukraine to target other areas. He asserted that Ukrainian drones have proven capable of reaching targets in the Ural region, Siberia, and other locations far from Moscow.
