US ships 6,500 tons of munitions, equipment to Israel in 24 hours

The United States has demonstrated its unwavering commitment to Israel's security with a massive, rapid delivery of 6,500 tons of munitions and military equipment. This significant logistical operation, involving two large cargo ships and multiple aircraft, underscores the deep strategic ties between the two nations and the critical support provided to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

The Defense Ministry highlighted the scale of this operation, which saw vital materiel, including air and ground munitions and advanced vehicles like JLTVs, arrive at the ports of Ashdod and Haifa. Coordinated by the Defense Procurement Directorate and other key branches, the swift unloading and distribution to IDF bases across the country showcase a highly efficient and robust supply chain.

This recent shipment is a continuation of a substantial ongoing effort, with Israel having received over 115,600 tons of military hardware since the commencement of "Operation Roaring Lion."
