Vladimir Putin thanks Sadyr Japarov for flawless SCO summit

Vladimir Putin opened his remarks after the official events in Bishkek by thanking Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov for what he called the flawless organization of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit.

Putin said the Kyrgyz team had completed a huge amount of work and that the event had taken place at the highest international level. He congratulated Japarov and the president’s entire team on the outcome.

The Russian president also highlighted the documents adopted at the forum, calling them important. “Let us begin by thanking the president of Kyrgyzstan and all his colleagues for organizing the work of the SCO summit.
