A significant dispute is unfolding regarding the modernization of the parking facilities at Warsaw Chopin Airport, centered around a tender valued at millions of euros. The project aims to upgrade the airport's parking infrastructure, but its terms have sparked controversy.

One of the companies participating in the bidding process has raised objections to the tender's specifications. The core of their argument lies in the requirement for new parking equipment to be seamlessly integrated with the airport's current IT system. This company contends that such a stringent integration requirement unfairly limits competition, potentially excluding capable vendors who may not meet this specific technical prerequisite.
