Woman Attacked with Crowbar at Cimahi Pharmacy; Police Investigate

A shocking act of violence occurred in Cimahi, West Java, Indonesia, when a 36-year-old woman was brutally assaulted with a crowbar while parking her motorcycle at a pharmacy. The incident, which has since gone viral after being captured on CCTV, took place on Wednesday evening.

The victim, identified by the initials EMW, was reportedly approached by an unknown individual shortly after she parked her vehicle. The assailant, wearing a blue shirt and a face mask, produced a sharp weapon from a bag and struck the woman on her left arm. The attacker then reportedly intimidated the victim before fleeing the scene. EMW managed to escape into a nearby clinic.

Authorities have confirmed they are investigating the assault. The Head of Public Relations for the Cimahi Police, Iptu Gofur Supangkat, stated that officers visited the scene. The perpetrator, described as an unknown person (OTK), remains at large, and the motive for the attack is unclear. The incident has caused fear and concern among residents.
