Yunlin E-sports Party Announced with NT$160,000 Prize Pool

Yunlin County is gearing up to host its fifth annual E-sports Party, a vibrant event scheduled for September 19th and 20th. This year's theme, "National Competition Dances Yunlin," aims to bring together participants of all ages for a celebration of e-sports and digital entertainment.

The centerpiece of the event is the "League of Legends: All Random All Mid" competition, which is now open for registration. Alongside this popular title, the "Just Dance" competition will also feature, with a new category introduced for senior groups, encouraging broader participation. The event boasts a total prize pool of NT$160,000 (approximately $5,000 USD).

Beyond the competitive gaming, attendees can look forward to engaging activities such as street dance performances and taiko drumming challenges. The venue will also feature arcade games and interactive sports simulations, offering a diverse range of entertainment options. Participants who complete designated tasks can earn raffle tickets for a chance to win prizes.

County Magistrate Chang Li-shan has extended an open invitation, urging everyone, regardless of age, to join the festivities. The event also offers a unique opportunity for participants to potentially compete alongside or against popular online personalities like MMD Mimi Dan and Mountain Laushan, renowned figures in the League of Legends community.
