5-year-old boy dies from suspected rabies after dog and cat bites

The young child, identified as Y.J.P.H.Đ., reportedly succumbed to the disease after exhibiting severe symptoms such as photophobia, fear of wind, poor appetite, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Approximately four months prior to his hospitalization, he was scratched on the right forearm by a cat, which was subsequently sold and could not be monitored. Additionally, about three months before falling ill, he sustained a minor dog bite, though the dog remains alive.
