Alleged Assault on Hospital Chief Physician: Security Footage Surfaces

An alleged assault on the chief physician of Derik State Hospital and his secretary has led to the detention of two individuals, T.E. and A.Ü.E. The incident, which reportedly took place after an employee was dismissed from their job, escalated into a physical altercation outside the chief physician's office. According to reports, the father and brother of the fired employee arrived at the hospital seeking to speak with the chief physician, Uzm. Dr. Aziz Zilan, leading to a dispute with hospital staff.

Security camera footage has surfaced, capturing the heated exchange and subsequent scuffle. The video shows individuals entering the office area and engaging in a physical confrontation with Dr. Zilan and his secretary, Zeynep Oktay, before being separated by other hospital personnel and escorted out. The emergence of this footage provides crucial visual evidence related to the alleged assault, shedding light on the sequence of events that transpired within the hospital premises.

Following their apprehension, the two suspects were taken into custody for questioning. After completing their initial procedures at the police station, they were brought before the judiciary. The court ordered house arrest for T.E., while A.Ü.E. was released under judicial control, meaning they must adhere to specific conditions set by the court.
