APGA restates commitment to free, fair primaries

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) stands firm in its dedication to democratic principles, assuring all party faithful that the upcoming primary elections will be conducted with the utmost fairness and transparency. This commitment underscores our belief that the true will of the people, and not undue influence, should dictate the emergence of our flag bearer.

The attention of the National Leadership of the All Progressives Grand Alliance has been drawn to the reprehensible actions of a few recalcitrant individuals who are parading themselves as emissaries of the National Chairman and the National Working Committee.

We must, however, address the unfortunate actions of a few individuals who seek to tarnish the party's reputation by impersonating party leadership. These fraudsters, who prey on the aspirations of our members, have no place within APGA. We issue a stern warning to all aspirants and party members: be vigilant and report any such fraudulent activities immediately. The party leadership remains resolute in upholding the integrity of the nomination process.

We wish to state categorically that such persons are fraudsters and do not represent the Party in any capacity.

APGA reiterates its unwavering commitment to enforcing the established Code of Conduct. Financial inducements, in any form, are strictly prohibited and will be met with severe sanctions. We are a progressive platform, and we will ensure that the process is free from corruption and manipulation. The voice of the people shall prevail.
