Borussia Dortmund Defender Daniel Svensson Attracts Interest From Milan, Juventus, Arsenal and Manchester United

Daniel Svensson could become one of the most contested names in the January 2027 transfer market. The Borussia Dortmund defender has reportedly drawn interest from AC Milan, Juventus, Arsenal and Manchester United.

The 24-year-old Swede primarily plays at left-back but can also operate in central defence. That flexibility has made him an appealing option for clubs looking to add depth across their squads.

According to a report by German outlet Fussballdaten.de, cited by CalcioMercato.it, Milan and Juventus will compete with the two English Premier League clubs for Svensson. Dortmund is reportedly willing to consider a sale if it receives an appropriate offer, with the Bundesliga club said to have set a price of up to 45 million euros.

That valuation would require a substantial investment from any interested club. Milan and Juventus are still seen as having gaps in their squads after the summer transfer window, and both could return to the market in midseason.

Juventus coach Luciano Spalletti and Milan coach Ruben Amorim could ask their respective club managements to strengthen their squads in January.
