Capellanía readies for National Traditional Cart Festival

The community of Capellanía, in the district of Natá, is buzzing with anticipation for the upcoming National Traditional Cart Festival. I am 80 years old crossing rivers with sugarcane carts. Before, when we first started, we had sugarcane fields on both sides of the river... We were 12 years old, we were carting from a very young age.
