Como signs Samuele Ricci on loan from AC Milan

Italian club Como, under the management of Spanish coach Cesc Fàbregas, has secured the signing of highly-rated midfielder Samuele Ricci. The 25-year-old joins on loan from AC Milan, with the deal set to run until the conclusion of the 2026/27 season and including an option for Como to make the transfer permanent.

Ricci brings a wealth of experience for his age, having amassed over 200 professional appearances in Italian football. He began his career in Empoli's youth system before making his professional debut in Serie B in 2019. He later moved to Torino, initially on loan before a permanent transfer, and then joined AC Milan in July 2025.

A technically proficient midfielder, Ricci is known for his ability to control the tempo of the game and his skill on the ball. He has also earned international caps for Italy, further highlighting his pedigree. Ricci himself expressed enthusiasm for the move, citing the club's project and his eagerness to begin working with Fàbregas and the team.
