Fenerbahçe Completes Roster with Final Signing, Salary Budget Revealed

Turkish basketball powerhouse Fenerbahçe has completed its roster for the upcoming season, announcing Johnny Juzang as their final offseason acquisition. Juzang previously played in Russia, and his signing marks the culmination of the team's roster construction under coach Šarūnas Jasikevičius.

The Istanbul-based club is set to maintain a similar salary budget to the previous season, which stood at nearly 17 million euros allocated for player salaries. Fenerbahçe has been one of the most active teams in the EuroLeague this summer, undergoing a significant overhaul with nine new signings and the departure of eleven players from the previous season's squad.

Jasikevičius's team managed to retain only six players from their championship-winning roster: Wade Baldwin, Nicolo Melli, Melih Mahmutoglu, Talen Horton-Tucker, Chris Silva, and Onuralp Bitim. The new additions include notable names such as Shane Larkin, Will Clyburn, Shavonas Shields, Trent Forrest, Braxton Key, Ignas Sargiūnas, Marcus Bingham, Sertaç Şanlı, and Juzang.

Fenerbahçe enters the new season having secured a treble of titles in Turkey and reaching the EuroLeague Final Four last season. However, they were unable to defend their 2025 EuroLeague title, falling in the semifinals to Olympiacos Piraeus. The team's primary objective will be to return to the pinnacle of European basketball.
