He noted the numerous initiatives undertaken by trade unions, the city government, businesses, and the community to support workers, including housing assistance, healthcare, aid for those facing hardship, and support for children's education. These efforts, while not solving all problems, demonstrate the regime's commitment to its people, ensuring no one is left behind.
