Gwangju Police Arrest 20-Year-Old Suspect in High School Student Stabbing Death

A shocking act of violence has plunged the city of Gwangju into mourning after a 20-year-old man was arrested for the brutal stabbing of a female high school student and the injury of another. The suspect, identified as Jang, was apprehended by police just 11 hours after the attack, which took place in the early hours of the morning on a quiet street in the Gwangsan district. The victims, both second-year high school students, were reportedly not acquainted with each other.
