Indonesians flood registration for Independence Day ceremony at Presidential Palace

An overwhelming response has greeted the opening of registration for the 81st Indonesian Independence Day ceremony at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta. On the first day alone, a staggering 128,331 individuals from across 36 provinces and even 14 different countries registered to secure a "war ticket" to attend the event.

Minister Secretary of State Prasetyo Hadi expressed his delight at the public's immense enthusiasm. "Alhamdulillah, the public's enthusiasm is extraordinary. On the first day yesterday, 128,331 people registered for the war ticket, spread across 36 provinces, and there were even participants from abroad," Hadi stated on Thursday.

The international participants hail from countries including the United States, Australia, Russia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Turkey, France, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. This broad participation underscores the widespread national pride and the desire to celebrate this significant milestone together at the heart of the nation's governance.
