The completion of the second phase of the two-story restroom project in the holy sites marks a significant upgrade in the infrastructure serving pilgrims during Hajj. By replacing single-story facilities with 18 modern, two-story complexes in the Al-Shuaibain area of Mina, the project directly addresses the need for enhanced health infrastructure and improved services.
