The Lagos State Government has firmly addressed and dismissed circulating rumors regarding supposed new traffic restrictions around the Sheraton Link Bridge, which leads to Opebi Road. In a clear statement, the Commissioner for Transportation, Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi, debunked the allegations, assuring the public that current traffic regulations in the area are unchanged. He emphasized that any modifications would be officially communicated by the Ministry of Transportation. The Commissioner also refuted claims of task force officials harassing motorists, labeling such reports as entirely false. He urged citizens to disregard the misleading messages and to only trust official traffic advisories.
