Man found dead with stab wounds in Kajang; police investigating murder

Authorities in Kajang are investigating the death of an unidentified man found with suspected stab wounds in Bandar Mahkota Cheras. Police received a report of the incident around 8:40 a.m. on Tuesday and dispatched a team to the scene.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a man, believed to be in his 30s, unresponsive. The victim had no identification on him. An initial examination by forensic teams revealed injuries consistent with a sharp weapon on the body.

Subsequent autopsy results from Hospital Kajang indicated that the cause of death was bleeding in the abdomen, resulting from stab wounds. The case is being investigated as murder under Section 302 of the Penal Code, which carries a potential death sentence or a lengthy prison term.
