Man ordered to pay Dhs40,000 for spitting on, insulting employee in UAE

The Abu Dhabi Family, Civil and Administrative Cases Court has mandated a man to pay Dhs40,000 in compensation to an employee, holding him responsible for causing both material and moral harm during a workplace incident. The employee had initially sought Dhs100,000 in damages.
