Manisa is taking a significant step forward in bolstering its local economy and employment landscape with the launch of the 'Manisa Employment Office Career Portal.' This innovative digital platform, developed by the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality, serves as a crucial bridge connecting job seekers with employers within the region.

With the Manisa Employment Office, we are building a strong bridge between our citizens seeking employment and the private sector.

The portal's primary objective is to simplify and expedite the hiring process. Citizens can create their resumes and apply for suitable job openings 24/7, directly through the platform. Importantly, the portal focuses on private sector employment opportunities and does not involve recruitment for the municipality itself. Employers, in turn, can post job listings free of charge, directly engage with potential candidates, and manage their recruitment efforts efficiently.

Beyond just job postings, the Manisa Employment Office Career Portal offers added value by facilitating group interviews upon employer request, allowing for quicker access to a larger pool of candidates. Furthermore, in collaboration with various institutions, the municipality will organize vocational training courses aimed at upskilling the local workforce. Those who complete these courses will receive support in finding employment in relevant sectors.
