Minsheng Hospital Assists in Planning; Kaohsiung Public Works Bureau Announces Ruilong Daycare and Public Childcare Center Groundbreaking

Kaohsiung is taking a significant step towards bolstering its social welfare infrastructure with the commencement of the Ruilong Daycare and Public Childcare Center in Qianzhen District. This project, a key component of the "Long-Term Care 10-Year Plan 2.0," signifies the city's commitment to establishing a robust community-based care network.

The Ruilong Daycare and Public Childcare Center is an important construction project to implement the 'Long-Term Care 10-Year Plan 2.0'.

The new four-story building will house a public childcare center on the first two floors and a day care center for the elderly on the upper two. This dual-purpose design caters to the needs of both young children and seniors, fostering an inclusive environment. The project, with an investment of approximately NT$86.2 million, also plans to link with another similar center in the Qianzhen District, creating a more comprehensive regional care network. This initiative reflects Kaohsiung's dedication to building a resilient and supportive social system for all its citizens, from toddlers to the elderly.
