The involvement of People's Artist Lê Tiến Thọ, former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, as Head of the Jury, further highlights the event's focus on cultural significance over mere physical appearance.

This is the first time I have judged a beauty pageant. Previously, I only participated in the steering committee of some beauty contests. I agreed to judge this pageant and take the position of Head of the Jury because the competition prioritizes culture, wants to find beautiful women who love culture, and wants to spread and promote Vietnamese culture.
