New UK PM to Host Zelenskyy, Share Drone-Jamming Tech

The new British Prime Minister is set to welcome Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, emphasizing the UK's continued support for Kyiv. This meeting, occurring a week after the Prime Minister's arrival at Downing Street, signals a strong commitment to Ukraine's defense during his tenure.

During the visit, the leaders will meet at a naval base. There, the Prime Minister will announce the UK's transfer of intellectual property rights for its new 'Stone Cloak' electronic warfare system. This move grants Ukraine permission to mass-produce the technology, a significant boost to its defense industry.

The 'Stone Cloak' is a tablet-sized device designed to prevent Russian forces from detecting drones. The Ministry of Defence has already supplied thousands of these jammers to Ukrainian forces, aiding their drone operations. The Prime Minister stated, "Great Britain stands shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine, and our support remains unwavering. Russia must have no doubt about our resolve, and we will not falter until we achieve a lasting and just peace for Ukraine."

Additionally, both leaders will interact with over 200 Ukrainian soldiers currently in the UK for the "Sea Breeze" exercise. This training aims to enhance combat capabilities and anti-mine measures in the Black Sea region.
