Paraguay to Host Historic 2027 ITTF World Junior Table Tennis Championships

In a momentous announcement for Paraguayan sports, the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) has awarded Asunción the prestigious hosting rights for the 2027 World Junior Table Tennis Championships. Asunción emerged victorious in a competitive bidding process, securing a decisive 21 votes against candidacies from Cappadocia (Turkey), Beirut (Lebanon), and Vientiane (Laos). The event will bring together the world's top Under-19 and Under-15 table tennis talents at the Complejo Deportivo of the National Sports Secretariat.
