PT Pertamina Patra Niaga is making a concerted effort to ensure adequate fuel supply to gas stations in Medan and its surrounding areas, aiming to meet the public's energy needs. The company reports that its accelerated distribution initiatives are leading to a gradual normalization of services at various stations.

Kitty Andhora, VP of Corporate Communication at Pertamina Patra Niaga, stated that the company has mobilized all its operational resources. "All our operational elements are fully engaged to expedite fuel distribution to gas stations. Our focus is on ensuring a continuous flow of supply to meet public demand and promptly restore service conditions," she said.

Beyond expediting distribution, Pertamina Patra Niaga is also strengthening its oversight across the entire fuel supply chain. The company has adopted a zero-tolerance policy for any violations that could compromise distribution reliability or harm the public. "We are committed to maintaining safe, reliable, and targeted fuel distribution. Enforcement of discipline is part of our effort to maintain public trust and ensure distribution services adhere to established standards," Andhora added.

The company is actively encouraging public participation in monitoring the distribution of subsidized fuel to ensure it reaches the intended recipients. Citizens who observe any indications of misuse or non-compliant activities are urged to report them via the Pertamina Customer Solution 135 hotline. "We appreciate the support from the government, law enforcement, media, and the public in ensuring smooth energy distribution.
