Pogačar and Roglič poised for Tour de Romandie battle

Slovenian cycling titans Tadej Pogačar and Primož Roglič have once again demonstrated their formidable prowess at the start of the Tour de Romandie. Despite a quick transition from his monumental victory at Liège–Bastogne–Liège just two days prior, Pogačar showcased his exceptional form by securing fifth place in the prologue, a performance that immediately establishes him as a primary favorite for the overall title.

Adding to the Slovenian dominance, Roglič, a seasoned veteran of one-week stage races, also made a strong showing, finishing eighth and trailing Pogačar by a mere second.
