Malaysia is taking a firm stance against littering at public events, with stern warnings issued to attendees of the Rain Rave Musical Festival 2026. The Ministry of Housing and Local Government, through Minister Nga Kor Ming, has announced a hefty RM2,000 compound fine and a 12-hour community service requirement for anyone caught discarding trash indiscriminately during the three-day festival.
