In the world of robotics, four teams of young Romanians have distinguished themselves at the prestigious 'FIRST Tech Challenge' world championship held in Houston, USA. The Velocity team from 'Gheorghe Munteanu Murgoci' High School in Brăila clinched the world title, while Heart of RoBots from 'B. P. Hasdeu' National College in Buzău secured second place. Quantum Robotics from the International Informatics High School in Bucharest took third, and AiCitizens from 'Al. I. Cuza' National College in Focșani finished fourth. These victories underscore Romania's growing prowess in STEM fields and the innovative spirit of its youth.

Adding to the national pride, Cristian Chivu has made history by becoming the first Romanian football coach to win the Italian Championship. His leadership guided Inter Milan to the Serie A title with an impressive performance, securing the championship three weeks before the season's end.
