Russian university building used for drone development catches fire after Ukrainian strike

The university's website lists unmanned technologies as a specialization, offering courses for drone operation. This incident in Belgorod follows reports of a significant drop in water levels at a local reservoir after Ukraine struck its dam in July, with authorities struggling to halt the outflow. Meanwhile, in the Vladimir region, a Wildberries e-commerce warehouse was also hit by a Ukrainian drone, causing damage and a fire. This marks at least the 15th Wildberries facility targeted since July 18, with Ukrainian officials and analysts suggesting these warehouses are used to supply the Russian military, including components for drones and navigation equipment.
