Saudi Arabia Delivers $2 Million Contribution to Support UNRWA Operations

Saudi Arabia continues its steadfast support for the Palestinian people through a significant financial contribution to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA). Prince Mansour bin Khalid, the Saudi Ambassador to Jordan, formally delivered a check for $2 million to Christian Saunders, UNRWA's acting Commissioner General, in Amman.

This annual contribution underscores the Kingdom's unwavering commitment to the Palestinian cause, a cornerstone of Saudi foreign policy.
