Semarang Mayor Launches Integrated Digital App for Public Services

Semarang is embracing the future with the launch of the "Semarang Dalam Genggaman Saya" (SDGs) application, a significant leap forward in digital public services. Mayor Agustina Wilujeng's administration has prioritized making government services more accessible and efficient for all citizens.

This integrated platform consolidates approximately 20 essential services into a single, user-friendly application. Residents can now manage everything from birth certificates and health appointments to public transport and tax payments without the need to visit multiple government offices. This move directly addresses the public's demand for convenience and speed in accessing crucial services.

The SDGs app also features a digital identity system, allowing citizens to store important personal documents securely, eliminating the need to carry physical copies. Furthermore, it provides real-time information on market prices, city conditions, flood alerts, and local events, keeping residents informed and connected.

For reporting issues or providing feedback, the "Lapor Semar" feature offers a direct channel to the relevant authorities, ensuring that citizen concerns are heard and addressed promptly. The Semarang City Government encourages all residents to download and utilize the SDGs app, marking a commitment to modern, responsive, and citizen-centric governance.
