Two selected for deputy director roles at Polish Tourism Organisation

Four candidates initially vied for two deputy director positions within the Polish Tourism Organisation (POT). One candidate withdrew at the last minute due to illness, leaving three for the final selection process.

The recruitment committee gave positive recommendations for all three remaining candidates: Violetta Hamerska, an expert in hotel service quality and guest experience management; Paweł Moras, director of the Warsaw Tourism Office; and Karina Przybyło-Kisielewska, vice-president of a private spa and medical facility.

Ultimately, POT President Magdalena Krucz selected Moras and Przybyło-Kisielewska. While the POT Council's opinion is required by law, it is not binding. Both candidates received a positive review from the council.

Moras was immediately appointed and will begin work on Monday, overseeing the marketing and planning and development departments, including fourteen international branches of the POT. Przybyło-Kisielewska is expected to start in about a month, focusing on spa and business tourism, and will manage the Poland Convention Bureau.
