Datuk Rozi Mamat, Chairman of the UMNO Terengganu Liaison Body, has candidly acknowledged this dire situation, urging the party's leadership at all levels to embrace a new approach. The old ways of operating are no longer viable; a shift towards a strategy that genuinely connects with the populace and addresses their pressing concerns is paramount.
