Uzodimma urges Ondo renewed hope ambassadors to work for Tinubu’s re-election

Imo State Governor and Director-General of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has officially launched the Ondo State chapter of the group, signaling a concerted effort to bolster President Bola Tinubu's re-election prospects for 2027. Represented by the Southwest Coordinator, Dayo Adeyeye, Governor Uzodimma articulated a strong case for a second term, highlighting the administration's achievements in infrastructure, education, and healthcare since 2023.

The ongoing expansion of road infrastructure across the country is improving connectivity, boosting economic activity, and easing longstanding transportation challenges.

The governor emphasized the ongoing road construction projects, student loan schemes, and hospital rehabilitations as tangible evidence of progress. He asserted that these initiatives are not only improving connectivity and economic activity but also expanding access to higher education and reducing financial barriers for Nigerian youth. The Renewed Hope Ambassadors are tasked with intensifying grassroots mobilization and ensuring coordinated support for the President's agenda.

Ondo State Coordinator, Mr. Victor Olabimtan, speaking on behalf of the newly appointed local government ambassadors, described the initiative as a vital civic enlightenment platform. The group plans to counter misinformation and promote government programs through a structured network spanning wards and polling units. Olabimtan highlighted key achievements such as infrastructure expansion and improved investor confidence, asserting that Nigeria is on a path of reform and visible progress, despite existing challenges.

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State lauded the Renewed Hope Ambassadors as frontline drivers of the administration's agenda. He noted that the platform will be instrumental in disseminating reform messages and strengthening governance outreach across the state. The governor pointed to significant infrastructure projects, including the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway, as testaments to the administration's commitment to long-term economic growth and attracting investment.
