Thanks to this automatic system, the care work is reduced a lot. More importantly, the environment in the farm is always stable, helping mushrooms grow evenly and with fewer diseases.

Hao's farm is not just about growing mushrooms; it's about smart farming. The entire operation is managed through an Internet of Things (IoT) system. Sensors meticulously track environmental parameters such as humidity and light, allowing Hao to monitor and adjust conditions remotely via a smartphone application. This automation significantly reduces the labor involved in cultivation and, more importantly, ensures a stable environment conducive to consistent mushroom growth and minimal disease.

Building a mushroom farm of my own has been a long-cherished wish.

This journey back home wasn't without its challenges. After graduating and working in Ho Chi Minh City, where he gained valuable experience in clean agriculture technology transfer, Hao harbored a long-held desire to establish his own farm. Returning in early 2024, he faced initial setbacks, including relocating his entire setup due to unfavorable land conditions. However, his commitment to organic farming principles—shunning chemicals, fertilizers, and growth stimulants—remains unwavering. Hao's vision is to create a closed-loop organic agricultural system, producing crisp, naturally sweet, and aromatic oyster mushrooms, contributing to a healthier food supply and a greener future for his homeland.
