Imexpharm in Dong Thap province, for instance, has negotiated a collective labor agreement that includes significant benefits for its 1,400 employees. Retirees receive 30 days' salary plus gifts ranging from 20 to 80 million VND, while long-serving employees with 10-40 years of tenure are honored with commemorative medals and 1-4 taels of gold. This approach, as articulated by Imexpharm's Union Chairman Đinh Công Trọng Nghĩa, aims to foster employee loyalty and well-being, acknowledging that "This is not only material value but also respect and sincere thanks from the Board of Directors and the Union to the employees."
