Sun World Ha Long Celebrates Reunification Day with Patriotic Flair

Sun World Ha Long transformed into a sea of red and gold, adorned with the Vietnamese flag, to commemorate the 47th anniversary of the Reunification of Vietnam on April 30th. The park's entrance featured a giant S-shaped map crafted from thousands of fresh flowers, serving not only as a popular photo spot but also as a powerful symbol of national pride for visitors arriving in Ha Long.

The festive atmosphere was amplified along the pathways with thousands of fluttering red flags and vibrant floral displays, creating a scene that was both solemn and celebratory. Young people, families, and international tourists alike enthusiastically captured memorable moments amidst the patriotic decorations. One visitor, Minh Anh from Hanoi, shared her feelings: "The atmosphere here makes me feel the spirit of April 30th very strongly – it's joyful and evokes an indescribable sense of pride. My children are delighted because everywhere is decorated with flags and flowers, making for beautiful photos."

Adding to the celebratory mood, Sun World Ha Long hosted engaging performances. A flashmob dancing to the song 'Nối vòng tay lớn' (Connecting Great Hands) saw enthusiastic participation from tourists, fostering a sense of unity and energy. This was followed by a vibrant Carnival parade with colorful costumes and lively music, further enhancing the festive spirit. Australian tourist Jason commented on the interactive nature of the shows: "What I liked most was the very close atmosphere, almost no distance between artists and spectators. I just stood watching at first, but then I got drawn in without realizing it and started dancing with everyone."

A standout attraction was the 'Dine in the Sky' experience on the Sun Wheel, where guests enjoyed light refreshments over 200 meters above ground, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Ha Long City and the bay. This unique dining experience provided a moment of tranquility and awe amidst the lively festivities, contrasting with the bustling food courts below.
