General Nguyễn Trọng Nghĩa visits martyrs' cemetery, policy families in Gia Lai

On April 27, General Nguyễn Trọng Nghĩa, head of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, led a delegation to Gia Lai province. The visit included paying respects at the Quy Nhơn Nam Martyrs' Cemetery and offering gifts to policy beneficiary families. This meaningful activity was part of the delegation's program to commemorate the 51st anniversary of the country's reunification.

General Nghĩa conveyed the regards of the Party, State, and Central Military Commission, expressing deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of these families. He reassured them of the Party and State's continuous care for the people's well-being, particularly those in remote and disadvantaged areas, adhering to the principle of leaving no one behind.

The General urged local authorities and armed forces in Gia Lai to continue implementing rear-service policies effectively. He also called for increased support for economic development and stable livelihoods, crucial for maintaining political security and social order in the strategic Tây Nguyên region. This visit underscores Vietnam's commitment to honoring its war heroes and supporting those who have contributed to the nation.
