Minister Ferry Juliantono's announcement reveals a robust enthusiasm for roles within cooperatives, suggesting a desire among citizens to contribute to and benefit from community-based enterprises.

The cooperative model, particularly the Red and White Village Cooperative, aims to foster economic growth at the grassroots level. With planned ventures including basic necessities stores, pharmacies, clinics, warehousing, and microfinance institutions, the cooperative seeks to provide essential services and create economic opportunities within villages. The selection of 30,000 managers signifies a substantial investment in human capital for these local economic engines.
