The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) of Nigeria and Ghana's Narcotics Control Commission (NACOC) have formalized their commitment through a Memorandum of Understanding, signaling a united front against drug cartels that threaten the stability of the sub-region. NDLEA Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Buba Marwa, issued a stern warning to these criminal networks, emphasizing that this partnership will significantly tighten the noose on illicit trafficking.
