Pasdec Appoints Mohammad Ikhwan as New Chief Executive Officer

Pasdec Holdings Berhad marks a new chapter with the appointment of Mohammad Ikhwan Mustapa Al Bakri as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 1st. This strategic leadership change is poised to ensure the seamless continuation of the company's operations and propel its future growth trajectory.

Ikhwan, 41, is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of extensive experience spanning project planning and construction, project management, compliance, cost control, and stakeholder engagement. His deep understanding of the industry is expected to be invaluable as Pasdec navigates the dynamic property development landscape.

Prior to this appointment, Ikhwan served as Pasdec's Vice President of Property Development and Strategy, where he was instrumental in shaping development strategies, land acquisition, and overseeing project execution for the Group. His tenure at Pasdec, which began in 2021, followed a significant period with the Zenith Aim group of companies, where he honed his expertise in project management and development, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Pasdec Chairman, General (B) Tan Sri Zulkiple Kassim, expressed confidence in Ikhwan's ability to lead the company, stating, "We are confident that with his experience and expertise, Mohammad Ikhwan will continue to drive the Group's long-term growth to achieve the objectives set by the Board of Directors." The company also extended its gratitude to the former CEO, Liew Chai Sen, for his contributions.
