Seimas lifts Paluckas's legal immunity

The Prosecutor General's Office has presented evidence suggesting that the Paluckas family may have improperly utilized funds amounting to €344,500 between December 2010 and the end of 2024, funds that were allegedly not legally earned. If convicted, Paluckas could face penalties ranging from fines and arrest to imprisonment, along with the potential confiscation of illegally acquired assets. Notably, suspicions of illicit enrichment have already been raised against his spouse.
