Senator Alan Rick Leads Acre Gubernatorial Race Polls

Senator Alan Rick is currently leading the race for the governorship of Acre, according to a new poll released by Quaest. Rick, representing the Republicans party, has captured 33% of voter intentions in the upcoming election.

Following Rick is the incumbent governor, Mailza Assis of the PP party, who holds 24% of voter intentions. Assis assumed the governorship in April after the resignation of Gladson Cameli, who is now running for a Senate seat. Tião Bocalom, a former mayor of Rio Branco and ex-federal deputy, is in third place with 15% of the vote.

The poll, which is the first conducted by Quaest in Acre for this election cycle, surveyed 804 voters between August 23 and 26. It has a 95% confidence level and a maximum margin of error of three percentage points. Other candidates include Thor Dantas (PSB) with 2%, Dr. Luisinho (Agir) with 1%, and Eudo Raffael (PCB) with no points.

The survey was commissioned by Grupo Rede Amazônica, an affiliate of Globo, and registered with the TSE under the number AC-09106/2026. The results provide an early snapshot of the electoral landscape in Acre as candidates vie for the state's leadership.
