Train Collision Death Toll Rises to 16

The tragic collision between the Argo Bromo Anggrek train and a KRL commuter train at Bekasi Timur Station has claimed another life, bringing the total fatalities to 16. This somber update comes as one of the injured succumbed to their wounds after intensive treatment at RSUD Kota Bekasi. Our hearts go out to the families of all those affected by this devastating incident.

As of Wednesday, 22 people are still receiving medical care at RSUD Bekasi, with three in the ICU. While some patients have undergone surgery, the condition of those in intensive care remains a critical concern. Governor Jawa Barat, Dedi Mulyadi, visited the hospital to check on the victims, expressing hope for the recovery of the remaining two patients in the ICU.

Today, as of today, the patients being treated here are 22. One just arrived at the IGD. Of these 22, three are in the ICU, and sadly, one has just passed away.
